Before conducting any B2B research, the impact of a preliminary desk research is always a benefit. In other words, before collecting primary data, looking at secondary data always pays!

Searching the Internet is useful but not always sufficient as much of its available information concerns commercial service presentations. Internet search engines are useful and complementary ways of searching the internet. Motors of multiple search engines are often useful.
