1WR telephone teams conduct interviews in many areas of world. We run or work with human sized centres in various cities in and out of Europe. London which is such a cosmopolitan city is also used as international centre. We use 100 CATI stations and have partners in different markets using same CATI systems.

Showcase: Direct advertising effectiveness survey
Background
This project was designed to measure usage and attitudes towards direct advertising materials. The project was conducted in 16 European markets including Russia.
Sampling and methodology
Various call centres were used throughout Europe coordinated through supervisors. London was also used for some markets.
Training was provided by 1WR also using some our quality telephone interviewing guidelines.
Sampling used telephone directories in each of the markets so representative of major cities and regions.
Over 8500 CATI interviews were conducted; quota based upon cities, gender and age by regions.
Deliverables included data in SPSS formats.

Showcase: Medical satisfaction survey
Background
The objectives of this fieldwork were to monitor customer satisfaction of specific medical products in North America and in various European markets more specifically composed of:
  • Lab/radiology physician;
  • Specialist managers or endovascular radiology managers;
  • Specialist technologists/nurses or radiologists;
  • Administrators of specialist units.
Specific parts of the project are retained to protect confidentiality.
Sampling and methodology
A specialized call centre in the London area was used to set-up a team of medically aware interviewers. Training was provided by client and 1WR also using some telephone interview exercises. Set-up of this “global” team was internationally consistent, continuously followed-up and cost effective. 
Telephone interviewing (CATI) on a sample of 1000 customers; quota based upon customer types.
Deliverables included data under ASCII formats and dissatisfaction verbatim text files
